“Coach It Right” is invitation-only, and that is a deliberate ethical choice, not a growth gimmick. ICF (or similar) standards are clear: you cannot ethically coach people already in your personal or professional circle, family, friends, colleagues, neighbors. The relationship is too close for the objectivity coaching requires.
​Through this platform, you raise awareness of what genuine coaching is. You give people a chance to experience the genuine coaching profession. You bring ethical, informed people into the world of coaching, who otherwise would have never been found!
You extend the reach of coaching itself. Someone else's inner circle becomes your client, and your first circle becomes theirs.
Invite your circle, they complete a short profile, and once matched, you receive a discovery call in return, one call for every completed profile, not every invite sent. The more thoughtfully you raise awareness, the more real conversations come back to you.

I Built This For The Coach I Once Was.
I know the silence that comes after certification. The training ends, the concepts are clear, and then you are standing there with real skill and nowhere real to use it.
When I started off as an enthusiastic coach, with the right training hours under my belt, I had no idea how to even start building my first 100 hours for ACC!
Everyone is working on certifications, coaching-education, but where do you go once the curtain falls?
While everyone around me went peer-to-peer coaching method – It left me feeling hungry for more. Afterall, sitting in front of another coach or coaching another coach was never really the experience that gave me confidence of sailing through in real client conversations.
I have seen good coaches being lost in the world of abyss because they do not have a ‘selling’ mindset yet. And trust me when I say this: ‘Coaching’ & ‘Selling’ are 2 completely different skills. But the good thing is – both can be built by practice.
I wanted genuine experience without crossing the ethical lines that matter. I wanted an honest place to begin.
